Rina Peiffer's journey in real estate is woven with threads of resilience, passion, and an unwavering commitment to helping others. Born to an Italian mother and Honduran father, Rina's upbringing instilled in her a deep sense of community and a drive to support those in need.
After witnessing her loved ones in Central America rebuild their lives in the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew, Rina's determination to make a difference was ignited. She embarked on her educational journey at the University of Florida in Gainesville before finding her way to Austin, where fate introduced her to her husband, Greg.
Greg's vision for a career in real estate sparked Rina's own journey in the industry. Initially assisting Greg with his ventures in Peiffer Custom Homes while pursuing a Master's in clinical psychology, Rina discovered her true passion lay in real estate. Her transition was seamless, and she quickly excelled, joining the Keller Williams team and ascending to the top of sales ranks.
Driven by her passion and desire to empower others, Rina established the Rina Realty Group, a testament to her leadership and commitment to excellence. As a licensed Broker, she finds fulfillment in mentoring her team, guiding them toward success, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
In 2010, Rina founded Bella Casa Realty, a client-focused agency serving Central Texas with a dedicated and forward-thinking approach. At the heart of Rina's ethos lies the belief that education is the cornerstone of achievement—a principle she imparts to her team and embodies in all aspects of her life.
Beyond her thriving career, Rina treasures moments spent with her husband and two teenage daughters, indulging in their shared love for travel and creating cherished memories together. For Rina, success is not just measured in sales figures but in the lives touched, the relationships nurtured, and the lasting impact made on her community—a sentiment that truly defines her journey in real estate.
Greg Peiffer, owner of Peiffer Custom Homes, is no stranger to hard work. Throughout his entire life, Greg has shown ambition, integrity and dedication to achieving his dreams.
Greg graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science, and his passion to learn carried far past his graduation date. He started traveling the world in search of wisdom and knowledge. The experience of learning about other cultures and ways of life so different than his own was extraordinary — and one that built his core value of compassion.
He went on to participate in mission trips in Mozambique, Africa, where he was able to continuously educate himself while helping others. He enjoyed helping others so much, he translated that to his career. From owning restaurants to launching Peiffer Custom Homes, Greg found beauty in the building industry. His expert knowledge empowers him to connect clients to homes, and help them achieve their family, financial and lifestyle goals. Honesty and integrity are two of Greg’s top values, so clients can naturally trust him and count on him, even after he hands off the keys.
His wife, Rina, and two daughters are the most valuable part of his life. These three have taught him that home is much more than brick and mortar. It’s something metaphorical as much as literal — a place for love and memories to flourish. That’s why he infuses time, passion and respect into every build, every project and every detail.
Ashley was raised in Georgetown and has a vast knowledge of what the community has to offer. As a daughter of a local builder, Ashley’s interest in real estate began at a young age. She decided to pursue her interest in real estate with Bella Casa Realty after a sixteen year relationship as a client.
Ashley’s goal is to alleviate the stress often associated with buying or selling a home by providing her clients with exceptional service through her caring attitude and attention to detail.
When Ashley is not working, you will find her spending time with her husband, two daughters, and many animals. She is often tending to their horses or on the road headed to her daughter’s next rodeo to cheer her on.
Bobby Nestler is a Central Texas Realtor® with a servant’s heart and a small-town background. He was raised to say “Yes, Ma’am” and “Yes, Sir,” and he’s carried that sense of friendliness and respect throughout his whole life.
As a Realtor®, Bobby does everything he can to find the perfect home for his clients, or assist them with selling their property. He is sociable, friendly and confident throughout the process, answering questions and making his clients feel comfortable at every step. He was awarded the title of Most Valuable Player in 2017 by Bella Casa Realty, and he also has a RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certification.
His Southern values mean he values honesty, hard work, integrity and persistence. Naturally, some of his heroes are Jason Witten, Grant Cardone and Jimmy Buffet. He admires anyone who works hard to achieve their dreams, and one of Bobby’s future goals is to become a top producer in Austin. He would love to one day lead his own team, and help others as much as he has been helped throughout his career.
Raised in nearby Dripping Springs, Brooke Kaliszewski has watched the greater Austin area evolve to the beautiful and diverse city that it is today. She genuinely enjoys cultivating a relationship with her clients so they feel comfortable and guided throughout the entire process. She prides herself on her attention to details, ability to find creative solutions, and making the process as enjoyable and smooth as possible.
Over the past few years, Brooke has been a multi-million-dollar producer several years in a row. She has helped clients in different transitions of life, whether that be downsizing because of retirement, relocating from out of state, purchasing their first home, or couples who have decided to go their separate ways. She also helps with any leasing needs that arise.
She consistently attends trainings within the field so she can provide the upmost service to her clients. She has earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation enabling her to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise to each client.
When not working, Brooke can be found outdoors exercising, rooting on the Aggies, or hanging with her husband, son, and rescue pup. She also pursues her passion for horses by volunteering at ROCK, a nonprofit organization located in Georgetown that provides equine therapy to children, adults and veterans with disabilities.
Dan has been married to his wife DeeDee since 1984 and has one daughter, Ashlee. Dan has resided in Round Rock since 1989 and spends his free time with family, friends, and is actively involved with his church and community. Dan began his real estate career as a part of Keller Williams’ team and after 5 years made the transition to Bella Casa Realty in 2013. The Chrisman’s have been friends with Greg and Rina Peiffer for many years. Knowing the Peiffers, and seeing their personal integrity and ethics mirrored in their businesses (Peiffer Custom Homes and Bella Casa Realty) made the decision to join Bella Casa easy. Rina’s extensive experience and knowledge have been a big support for the team, and Dan is happy to be a part of it. Dan loves his job and looks forward to helping people buy and sell real estate. He pays special attention to listen to his clients’ needs and desires. When buying, Dan can set up a free custom search of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This will allow you to see all of the homes that are listed for sale that meet your needs and then when you are ready he will plan and schedule a walk-through of any homes you would like to see in person. When selling, Dan will complete a Professional Market Analysis to aid in setting your home at the proper list price. The Real Estate Market is very fluid and always changing. The tools that Dan provides help to insure the most accurate pricing for your home. Dan will also aid you in preparing and staging your home for sale before listing it on the MLS with quality photographs, professional flyers and presentation for the most wide spread market appeal. Dan is also happy to work with any relocation service.
Kalan Murphy is a Central Texas Realtor who has always had her eye on the industry. At the young age of 12 years old, she would frequent neighborhood open houses. She’s always been curious and passionate about homes, and at her 8th-grade Career Day, she declared she would become a Realtor.
Fast forward to present day, Kalan is living that dream. She attended Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School to acquire her license in 2004. She has had experience with several facets of the Real Estate industry, including Property Management, Compliance and Foreclosure Analysis. However, it’s being a Realtor that allows her to connect with clients and live out her passion on a daily basis. She seeks to build long-lasting relationships with the people she meets, so she conducts business with transparency, integrity and authenticity. She continues to pursue a knowledge-based business and has completed her Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification through the Real Estate Business Institute. She has been awarded the Top Producing Realtor of the Year award for 2019, 2020, and 2021!
She is inspired by the desire to be a source of comfort, guidance and advice; and she works hard at what she does. When she is not working, she loves to travel, design and renovate, and spend time with her closest friends. She has a passion for exploring food and the connection it brings. Most of all she loves the quality time she gets with her husband and four little girls, who make sure every moment is full.
What sets Jessica apart is her true passion for people and her genuine desire to make a difference in their lives. With a heart as big as Texas, she goes above and beyond to ensure that every individual she serves achieves their real estate goals. Outside of her work life, Jessica leads a life as a loving wife and mother of 3, cherished by moments with family, soaking up the energy of Greater Austin's live music scene, and of course one of her all time favorite things ~ enjoying the beautiful outdoor parks and hiking trails that Central Texas has to offer. She is deeply fulfilled by her life and the path she has chosen.
Lisha is passionate about her clients! She prides herself in her ability to listen to their needs and connect with them. As a Georgetown resident for over 30 years, she has great knowledge of the Austin area, which is key in helping clients feel confident when buying and selling. She believes in great communications, keeping her clients involved, and building lasting relationships.
Lisha's favorite things about the Austin area are that there is something for everyone; lakes, hiking trails, outdoor entertainment, great restaurants, hill country wineries, you name it. When she's not working, she enjoys all that Austin has to offer with her husband and 3 kids. Weekends spent at the lake, listening to live music, and traveling to new and old places are some of her favorites!!
Marci was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. After finishing college, she taught elementary school both in the Valley and Pflugerville. She has lived in Central Texas for over 30 years and is very knowledgeable about the area. After staying home with her children, she decided to make a change and pursue a career in real estate, a subject she has been interested in for many years. With living in Austin through college and beyond, teaching in Pflugerville and residing in Georgetown for over 20 years, Marci truly calls this region home and is excited to share her knowledge of both the area and her favorite things about Central Texas.
Because Marci feels strong character is a must in both personal and professional life, she strives to be trustworthy, kind and loyal along with being knowledgeable, reliable and approachable with any and all questions. She feels privileged to be able to walk alongside her clients in this journey and looks forward to the opportunity of being there for them during the process and beyond.
In her free time, you will find Marci spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. She also enjoys having coffee or lunch with friends and family, attending and watching sporting events – especially her children’s games and Longhorn football and basketball, cooking and baking for herself and others, gardening, and reading mysteries. She also is often found in her local church or with church family.
Melissa is a native Texan, hailing from El Paso, where she attended the University of Texas at El Paso. A career in property management brought her to Austin over two decades ago. It was there that she met her husband, Tony, a local flooring expert. Together they decided to bring up their four girls (yes, he’s greatly outnumbered!) in Georgetown where they have lived for nearly ten years.
Melissa spent her time working and volunteering in various schools, from the lunchrooms to the classrooms to the football fields, traveling for dance and cheer teams, and soaking up all the charm Texas Hill Country has to offer. After years raising her girls (one in nursing school at UMHB, one in high school at GHS, and two at Zion Lutheran Church and School-phew!) she found herself ready to pursue her dream once again- helping people find their special homes. Melissa is energetic and has a wonderful intuition. There is no doubt she connects with her clients making them feel comfortable and confident with her. Melissa has never met a stranger and her smile and positive energy is contagious. Melissa has always had a passion for real estate and years of first hand experience in the community. After leaving her career working in healthcare to raise her children, Rachel found herself wanting to serve the community in a different way and decided to pursue real estate. Being a native Austinite, she has lived in almost every suburb of Austin and is knowledgeable in the area as a whole. Rachel has an unmatched devotion to clients and strives every day to exceed their expectations. She understands that buying and selling a home is not only a significant decision but can be an emotional one. That being said, she ensures she will be of assistance through each step in the process.
When Rachel is not supporting her real estate clients you can find her creating memories with her family, watching sports or hanging out on a patio with friends. Taylor is no stranger to serving as she served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer. Serving and protecting others has always been a passion of hers. She is originally from Tinton Falls, New Jersey, where she graduated with her degree in Psychology from Monmouth University.
She then returned back to the beautiful state of Texas to chase her dreams as a Real Estate Agent. After returning to Texas she quickly started her education and career in Real Estate as she was eager to learn all she could. She now has the knowledge to guide her passion to help clients in the best way she can.
She is ready to assist buyers, sellers, and investors in the Texas Area and excited about finding a way to serve and bring her passion for real estate together all in one. Taylor is proud to have the opportunity to be a part of this process with her clients.
When she’s not serving her clients, you can find Taylor working out or spending time with her daughter and puppies. She also likes to spend her free time going on adventures and meeting new people. Taylor has great social skills and a passion for connecting with others on a deeper level which will help her clients in the process.
Yuri was born in Mexico and raised in Illinois. She has never liked winter and when she experienced Texas weather she knew right away that Texas would be a state where she would call home. For 17 years she has worked in the dental laboratory field. When she moved to Texas her husband encouraged and supported her to the idea of becoming a Realtor ®. She attended Champions School of Real Estate and never hesitated to achieve what needed to be done in order to be licensed. She is bilingual and believes in building a strong relationship in the process of selling or buying a home. She will always devote and pay attention to details when putting her client's interests and priorities first. She never gives up on anything and looks for solutions to problems. When she's not working, spending quality time with her husband and family is what is most important to her.
