Born to an Italian mother and Honduran father, Rina grew up with a strong sense of community and a drive to serve. That drive became unshakable after witnessing loved ones in Central America rebuild their lives in the wake of Hurricane Andrew—a moment that shaped her desire to make a difference.
Rina began her studies at the University of Florida before moving to Austin, where she met her husband, Greg. While pursuing a Master’s in clinical psychology, she assisted Greg with Peiffer Custom Homes. It was there she discovered her true calling—real estate. Her natural talent for building relationships and delivering results quickly propelled her to the top ranks at Keller Williams.
Fueled by a vision to lead and inspire, Rina launched the Rina Realty Group, mentoring agents and fostering a culture of learning and excellence. In 2010, she founded Bella Casa Realty, a client-focused brokerage serving Central Texas with integrity, expertise, and heart.
For Rina, education is the foundation of success—something she models daily with her team and clients. Outside of real estate, she cherishes time with Greg and their two teenage daughters, whether traveling the world or enjoying simple moments at home.
