Rina Peiffer’s journey in real estate is defined by resilience, passion, and an unwavering commitment to helping others thrive. Born to Italian parents, Rina grew up with a strong sense of community and a drive to serve—a drive that was cemented after witnessing loved ones in Central America rebuild their lives following Hurricane Andrew. That experience ignited her lifelong desire to make a meaningful difference.

Rina began her studies at the University of Florida before relocating to Austin, where she met her husband, Greg. While pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, she assisted Greg with Peiffer Custom Homes, and it was there that she discovered her true calling: real estate. Her natural talent for cultivating relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering results quickly propelled her to the top ranks at Keller Williams.

Driven by a vision to lead and inspire, Rina founded the Rina Realty Group, mentoring agents and fostering a culture of learning, excellence, and client-focused service. In 2010, she launched Bella Casa Realty, a boutique brokerage dedicated to serving Central Texas with integrity, expertise, and heart. Under her leadership, Bella Casa Realty has become synonymous with exceptional client experiences and unparalleled market knowledge.

For Rina, education is the foundation of success—a principle she models daily with her team and clients. Beyond real estate, she treasures time with Greg and their two teenage daughters, whether traveling the world or enjoying simple moments at home.

Kalan Murphy is a Central Texas Realtor who has always had her eye on the industry. At the young age of 12 years old, she would frequent neighborhood open houses. She’s always been curious and passionate about homes, and at her 8th-grade Career Day, she declared she would become a Realtor.

Fast forward to present day, Kalan is living that dream. She attended Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School to acquire her license in 2004. She has had experience with several facets of the Real Estate industry, including Property Management, Compliance and Foreclosure Analysis. However, it’s being a Realtor that allows her to connect with clients and live out her passion on a daily basis. She seeks to build long-lasting relationships with the people she meets, so she conducts business with transparency, integrity and authenticity. She continues to pursue a knowledge-based business and has completed her Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification through the Real Estate Business Institute. She has been awarded the Top Producing Realtor of the Year award for 2019-2024.

She is inspired by the desire to be a source of comfort, guidance and advice; and she works hard at what she does. When she is not working, she loves to travel, design and renovate, and spend time with her closest friends. She has a passion for exploring food and the connection it brings. Most of all she loves the quality time she gets with her husband and four little girls, who make sure every moment is full.
